Channel lineups, VOD libraries, and available content may change from time to time due to licensing, technical, or operational reasons. We strive to maintain a high-quality catalogue but do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel, programme, or title.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

We offer subscription plans of varying durations and prices as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Promotional pricing, discounts, and limited-time offers may apply and are subject to the conditions shown at checkout.

Payment is processed after order confirmation according to the method agreed with our team. Your subscription period begins once your account has been activated, not at the moment the order is placed.

5. Activation & Delivery

After payment confirmation, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to complete activation. We aim to activate subscriptions within 5 minutes during our operating hours. Activation times may occasionally be longer during peak demand, maintenance, or outside business hours.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and WhatsApp number so we can deliver your login credentials and setup instructions.

6. Account Use & Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your login credentials
Use the service for commercial rebroadcasting or public display
Attempt to bypass, hack, or interfere with our systems or security measures

7. Technical Requirements

A stable internet connection is required. We recommend a minimum speed of 10 Mbps for standard and HD streams, and 25 Mbps or higher for 4K content. You are responsible for ensuring your device, application, and network meet these requirements.

subscription4k is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet provider, local network issues, device limitations, or third-party applications.

8. Service Availability

We work to provide reliable, high-quality streaming through European infrastructure. However, occasional downtime, buffering, or maintenance may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features, channels, or plans with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials provided by subscription4k remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

Third-party channels and content are the property of their respective owners. Your subscription grants you access only; it does not transfer any ownership rights in the content itself.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by applicable law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to your subscription shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the issue occurred.
